The Brand

Destiny is a web-application specialized for aesthetic clinics,  dentists, salons, beauty parlors and the kind, to help their scheduling, POS, rostering, and marketing to be more easier than ever. The app will put everything in one place and help tackle any operational obstacles, so that users can concentrate on the most important thing : the customers.

For example, this app can store customer information and visit / appointment history, keep stock records of the items / services, manage schedules, do calculations, and many more.

Keywords : friendly, feminine, clean, refreshing

Colors : Mainly green and blue hues, to accentuate the feminine and friendly side of the app

Logomark : consists of the letter d (from brand name’s initial) and statistical graph (represents the product’s function). Together they form a shape of a heart, as a way of saying that this product is a vital part for the user, as well as conveying the brand’s care towards them.

​

Typeface : using Valera, a rounded typeface to further emphasize the friendliness of the brand, combined with Open Sans, a versatile and easy-to-read typeface that is perfect for websites and apps.

Process & Product

The app developers provided an draft of the components that needed to be in a single page and the wireframes for it. Then the designer would look at what can be changed and improved, discuss it with the developer, then provide a mockup user interface for it.  In order to make suggestions and additions, the designer is also required to understand the flow and usage of the app itself.

Aside from the web-app itself, a landing page is needed to give information to potential new customers and to reach more people. Therefore,  It must be informative, contains the essentials, and reflects the brand's image.
